Fall outfit ideas....

Love this outfit for Fall, but I would maybe change the scarf up a bit to the one in stripes.  I am not the biggest fan of leopard for clothing for me anyway.  Still thinking of fall clothing ideas before the leaves start falling....I cannot wait!

Decorating the Apartment

Wish I had this.  I might have to buy a used one and turn it into a home accessory that is even functional for our mail.

Fall outfit ideas....

So first off, you have to understand I am not stylish at all.  Okay, breath of relief.  Just had to let you all know that.  But I do need help.  I am completely content in the same sweat pants or now, getting a little stylish in yoga pants lol.  My hubs on the other hand would love for me to branch out a little bit and keep the same jeans on that I wore to church all day if possible instead of right when we get home in less than ten seconds I am back in my sweat pants :).  I love wearing old sports t-shirts or Sean's t-shirts.  There is nothing wrong with wearing those, but maybe not everyday, and to mix it up a bit :).

Fall is just around the corner :) and I would like to spice up my wardrobe and I will be posting some inspiration ideas, because I need to know what to look for, but also on a budget.  I thought this was so cute with the sweatshirt to cuddle up and be warm in and I already have similar boots so I can add those to that style.  If any of you out there know of some cheap, great looks, please let me know.

Thanks!

Rudy Wednesday

Now only if we had Rudy when we got married!  How fun!

2 Year Wedding Skype Anniversary

Sean and I have been married for two years on August 9, 2011.  We just moved into our new apartment in Kirkland, WA.  Sean started work on Monday, August 8th in Issaquah, WA at Darigold.  I am so proud of him!  Anyway, I still had to finish my job in Pullman, WA until August 13th.  So with that being said, we spent our 2nd anniversary apart and had our hot date on Skype.  We will get away for a weekend and really celebrate another time.  But it was still fun being romanced by Sean 6 hours away.  I came home (or to Sonja and Zack Sapp's) and found a dozen red roses in my room!  We skyped later that night and it was a lot of fun!  I even got to see Rudy on Skype and boy, was he a kick!  He kept looking around and then went right up to the screen sniffing it.

Everyone we talk to cannot believe it has already been two years.  I remember just yesterday getting all excited to walk down the aisle.  I think being away from Sean on our anniversary made me remember getting ready and every detail before walking down the aisle.  It was a lot of fun on Tuesday to think, oh at this time I was getting my make up done, etc.  Or we were taking pics right now.  It was a blast.

Thanks to everyone for the cards and wishes.  Especially, to Grandma and Grandpa who wrote 'Happy 1st Anniversary' they thought it had only been a year :).  Gotta love 'em.  I cannot wait until we reach our 50th anniversary, I love this man!

P.S still love looking through my wedding photos!  If you ever need a wedding photographer, please check out Luce Bella Photography, amazing!

Reflecting...

My family and I in some way are still hurting...I wish we could understand why everything happens in certain ways.  I was praying before reading my Bible today for God to help me understand and also to speak to me during my quiet time.  Can I say that God is so good?  Cause He definitely is!  Below is the passage that stood out to me and was God totally comforting my family and I.  I shared it with my parents as well and that was pretty cool that they felt it too.

1 Corinthians 2:9-16:

"No eye has seen,
no ear has heard,
no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him.

But God has revealed it to us by his Spirit.  The Spirit searches all things, even the things of God.  For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the man's spirit within him?  In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.  We have not received the spirit of the world but the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us.  This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words.  The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.  The spiritual man makes judgement about all things, but he himself is not subject to any man's judgement.  For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct him?  But we have the mind of Christ."
