Trying to Eat Healthier

I am trying to eat healthier. It is summer and why not enjoy it with some healthier meals?  For snacks, I have been trying to eat veggies and bell peppers, which are so good!  I also have been eating/drinking (not sure what it is) smoothies.  It is a great way to enjoy good fruit before it spoils.  I actually LOVE smoothies. I am not adding anything extra (like sugar packets at the store) but just the amazing fruit.  My favorite right now is strawberry banana.

I just cut up three bell peppers as my sister and I depart for my family reunion this weekend.  Super excited for all the craziness!
