Okay, Okay

Okay, Okay, I never meant to say I was back and then not post for over a month.  Oppsies!  Sorry, about that.  A lot has happened!  Let's see...Sean and I bought our first home!!!!!!!  Crazy!  We feel so blessed about the entire process and how God was the center the entire time.  I will go into a little detail about the process in other posts.

We just finished packing and moving while both working jobs.  We have yet to enjoy the beautiful weather that Seattle has to offer for only a month...sunshine!  But I am hopeful to enjoy it this weekend for our vacation.

I have the best family, because they literally dropped everything to help us move and set up our home.  My mom and sister and cousins helped me paint.  Sean and my cousin Cory put up a temporary fence for Rudy because our fence fell over and Rudy kept trying to escape....He thinks he is funny.

For the time being I am trying to still unpack, put things in places, hang pictures and decor on the walls.  I feel very overwhelmed, but it will all come into place!

WE OWN OUR OWN HOME!!!  I still have to pinch myself sometimes :).

Back from Hibernation....

I am back from hibernating from this blog.  I started writing this for fun and I started spending time doing this instead of spending time with Sean and Rudy.  So I took a break and it was awesome.  I love being with Sean and Rudy and it was totally worth it.  I will be posting more, but not stressing about it.  So thanks for following along.  I have a lot to share with you guys because a lot has happened.  No, I am not pregnant, but big things are happening!

Sometimes we want Life to go according to plan or we want to control the outcomes of our lives.  But God is in control so be still.  I love that.  Even amongst all the craziness of life and everything people strive for, especially for the 'American Dream' just sit back and be still.  Know that God is there and that he is God, so why wouldn't you be still?

I mentioned in my last post that I am leaving WSU, and that I took another job.  I am now working for the University of Idaho as an enrollment counselor, basically the same position for WSU, but now at U of I.  I am coming home!  I went here for my undergraduate degree, met my best friend, Sonja Sapp, starting dating Sean, my husband here!  There are so many memories and I cannot wait to start working tomorrow!  I will miss my coworkers and working for WSU, but in the long run this is a great opportunity for me and my family.
